At 1375m, the coffee grows in cooler temperatures, which slows down the ripening of the cherry. This allows complex sugars and acidic compounds to develop more fully, resulting in a coffee that is sweeter, denser, and more flavorful than those grown at lower altitudes.

This is an extremely limited run (only 11kg total harvest, 36 packs only). We roast in small batches to ensure you receive the coffee at its peak aromatic potential.

Honey processing is a method where the fresh coffee cherries are de-pulped but allowed to dry with some of the sticky fruit layer (mucilage) still attached to the bean. This imparts a distinct sweetness and heavier body to the coffee, bridging the gap between a clean Washed coffee and a fruity Natural coffee.

To unlock the delicate notes of grapes and berry compote, we recommend using a manual pour-over method (like a V60 or Kalita Wave).
