Since ARAKU Coffee’s retail debut in Paris in March 2017, we’ve continued to elevate what exceptional coffee can be. Every year, our commitment to excellence has deepened — from harvesting and processing to curing, roasting, and packaging. This dedication to perfection has shaped a portfolio of terroir-driven coffees celebrated for their purity, precision, and distinctive character.
As our farmers mastered these techniques, many began producing coffees that surpassed even our finest terroir lots. In response, we introduced Microlots — individual plots harvested and processed to showcase rare expressions of flavour.
This year, we’ve reached a new high.
A handful of farmers have achieved a quality so rare, it surpassed every benchmark in our history. Under the guidance of global coffee expert Sherri Johns, a cupping jury handpicked five extraordinary lots. Each was processed independently to preserve its singular, exceptional attributes.
Today, these coffees come together as NANOLOT — the most limited, highest-scoring collection ever produced at ARAKU Coffee.
