Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing ARAKU Coffee for your coffee needs. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:

  1. Order Processing and Shipping Times: All online orders are processed and shipped within 4 - 5 days, excluding Sundays. Orders placed between 11 AM on Saturday and 11 AM on Monday will be shipped on Monday.

  2. In-Store Pickup: For our customers who prefer in-store pickup, you can collect your order between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, any day of the week. Please remember to bring your order confirmation email when you visit our store.

  3. International Shipping: Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.

  4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  5. Delivery Timeframes: We strive to deliver your orders promptly. If you haven't received your package within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@arakuoriginals.com or +91 90003 94000 from 10AM - 7PM on Monday to Saturday providing your name and order number. We will investigate and provide assistance to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

  6. Coffee Kombucha Orders: Please note that all Coffee Kombucha orders will be shipped directly by Dad’s Hack.
