Sticky Rice Pudding Mango Danish – with coconut and mint garnish
In ARAKU Indiranagar, Chef Anoosha brought back a version of the milk cake from an old summer Pantry menu. Enough guests had asked about it that a mango version felt right. “Let’s just do it,” she said - fun and lowkey, like most good ideas. A quiet nod to guest nostalgia, softened with mango and vanilla for the season.
Vanilla Mango Cake – Finished with bee pollen
At ARAKU Colaba, Chef Amol lets the mango ice cream stay soft-spoken. Fresh Alphonso mango pulp, no stabilisers, no frozen purée. Made fresh each weekend. “It’s basic, yeah but the good kind,” he says. Nothing more, nothing less.
Mango shows up in ways that feel both rooted and fresh at ARAKU Coffee. A danish layered with Kalanamak rice pudding, finished with mango cream and fresh slices. A cake built on Karnataka vanilla and house-made mango preserve, lightly dusted with bee pollen. A popsicle spiked with lime and Araku chilli. Even a scoop of mango ice cream - soft, quiet, and sweet.

Raspberry & White Chocolate Cruffin
Mango may be front and centre, but it’s not the whole counter.
Other seasonal bakes round out the menu. Chocolate pudding made with 72% chocolate, hazelnut praline, crunchy croissant, and chocolate shards. A cruffin filled with raspberry preserve and white chocolate crémeux. A vegan carrot cake topped with fermented cashew cream. The Passion Fruit Danish is sharp and bright with passionfruit curd and house-made meringue. The Chicken Sausage Danish is filled with minced curry sausage and chives, baked to warm, flaky comfort.
