We have worked with the famous architect studio Delordinaire to ensure our vision of bringing the Araku Valley into the heart of Paris. Truth is in the details as we say, so let us take you through what makes our coffee shop so unique. First, the soil, Araku means “red earth” in Adivasi, this why we chose to reflect the Araku ground on which our coffee is produced (Rocky, red and harsh). With the same idea of transmitting our holistic vision of regenerative agriculture, every wall (including the bar) was built using excavation of soil used for the construction of public buildings in the region of Paris. Therefore, ensuring that every bit of our coffee shop comes from circular economy and sustainable means.
