Customer experience is at the very core of our company and we constantly strive to imbibe these values in all our policies.
Coffee Beans & Powder: Our coffees are roasted in very small batches and custom ground, as per orders placed, hence we are unable to accept any returns on any of our coffee variants. However, if there was an error in your order, please reach out to our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of purchase.
In case you are not satisfied with the coffee you’ve received, please write to us and our Coffeeologists will help you find a variant better suited to your taste.
Equipment & Accessories: Returns on any coffee accessories and equipment are not accepted, however, we do offer replacement of the same in case of damaged or defective products. These complaints need to be sent to us at email@example.com or by phone at 91-9000394000 within 4 days of receiving the shipment. Araku Coffee reserves the right to evaluate each of these scenarios and might request you to provide relevant pictures. The damaged item will be picked up by us at no cost to you.
Everything else: If the products you received do not correspond to your order, or an item is missing from your order, please contact Araku Customer Service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 91-9000394000. A replacement will be shipped out to your address within the next 48 hours.
Our dispatch team starts processing your order immediately after it is received on the website, hence we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, if you wish to edit your order by making any changes in the grind size or variant, your request for the same will be entertained within 4 hours of placing your order.
