Design
We collaborated with the renowned architectural studio Delordinaire to bring the essence of the Araku Valley to the heart of Paris. It’s all in the details, and our café embodies this philosophy. Araku, which means "red earth," inspired us to mirror the rugged, red terrain of the Araku Valley, where our coffee is cultivated. Embracing our commitment to regenerative agriculture, every wall, including the bar, incorporates soil excavated from public construction sites across Paris, ensuring sustainability and circularity in every aspect.
